Intensive swim at Trinity – A fantastic way to improve your swimming in just one week

Timings

Our intensive swimming lessons take place during the school holidays. Children’s sessions take place between 9am and 11.30am. Adult lessons run from 8.30am to 9am. Lessons are 30 minutes long.

Class sizes

Class sizes are small (5 – 6 pupils per teacher). This ensures plenty of individual tuition for each swimmer.

Non-Swimmers and Parents

Teachers will accompany non-swimmers in the water and aim to provide an environment which is fun, warm, friendly, and enjoyable. Parents are welcome to watch their children swim from our first-class spectator area which overlooks the pool.

A 5-day intensive course at Trinity costs £65 per pupil.

Swimming Classes

Non-Swimmer

For children with no experience in the water

All children will be supervised in the water

Beginner

For children who are happy putting their face in the water and can swim 5m on their front and back

Likely to be taught in shallow water but may be introduced to deep water

Improvers

£65

For children who are happy in deep water and can swim at least 10m using front crawl and backstroke, and some breaststroke

Someone who can use all four swimming strokes with emphasis on good streamlining and breath control

Adults

£65

For anyone aged over 18, looking to learn to swim, or improve their swimming technique

Lessons cater for non-swimmers, advanced swimmers, and everyone in-between
